You will be allocated a dedicated Venue Specialist from our team, who will provide you with a selection of venues carefully researched with your budget in mind. You will be able to choose the best for your event.
To help you make the right decision we are only too happy to accompany you on a site visit of your shortlisted possibilities. Once you have selected your chosen venue, we will confirm this on your behalf and make all the neccessary administration arrangments. Contracts and invoices will all be sent directly from the venue to you, ensuring you are always in control of both the event and costs.
We are always available to help you with any changes or advice and to assist in establishing relationships with the venue management and staff.
Even after your event, we are available to help with any venue queries.
